Objectives:
- To introduce the action (particularly for non Management Committee members)
- To have a Management Committee meeting
- To have Working Group meetings in order to discuss possible key issues and to structure the Working Groups
- To give the floor to each country in order to prepare the country reports
- For each country, to give a first overview of its country report (see below)
