Ils sont membres du conseil de r\u00e9seau et participent \u00e0 ce titre \u00e0 la formulation du programme annuel d&rsquo;actions du r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<em>Members of the network are legal entities or legal entity units having signed the network setting-up protocol.
